A full day exploring the tastes and cultures of Sarawak in a 4x4. Starting with Sarawak laksa lemak and Roti and ending with unforgettable chicken in bamboo on a Bidayuh farm. we demonstrate how to prepare and eat !popular dishes and you are welcome to join in!
 A visit to the produce market will get you started on the enormously diverse range of fruit and veg grown here. Some fruit will always be on the menu and, in season, the chance to see smell and taste, some of the more extraordinary Asian delights - durian, cempedak or terap. lunch, washed down with tuak, is preceeded by a visit to a show cave to get the appetite going and followed by a tour of the garden. We end the day cooking local biscuits  Return to Kuching is at about 18:00 - You probably wont be wanting a large dinner!
